Stability is an Illusion. The factory is dead.

Managers run factories —> process. Leaders create movements —> change. 

If: the market today craves change and new things.

Then: the market craves leaders.

Tell stories with a passion. Illustrate your vision of the future. If the idea is compelling enough, a tribe will follow. Enable tribe with the right tools.
